These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and okpcso ("we," "us," or "the Platform") when you access or use any part of okpcso.cam, including its games, promotions, and support services. 1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

Each member may hold only one (1) registered account on okpcso. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different credentials — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with any balances voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. okpcso will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected]. okpcso will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

Account sharing is prohibited. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered member. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, remains your responsibility unless you have reported the unauthorized access without delay.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

okpcso supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, bank transfer, credit cards, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and cryptocurrency. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Deposits: Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and may vary.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Currency: All displayed balances, bonus amounts, and transaction records are denominated in Philippine Peso unless explicitly specified otherwise.

okpcso is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues beyond our direct control.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, okpcso offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless explicitly permitted by the current promotion.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or exploitation of software errors will be forfeited in full.
• "Bonus abuse" includes, but is not limited to: coordinated wagering, low-risk arbitrage betting specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and use of automated betting software.

okpcso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review current promotion terms before participating.

6. Gameplay, Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

All games offered on okpcso — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, e-sports betting, happy fishing, and other verticals — are powered by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are subject to independent testing to ensure fairness.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to influence game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate results in any game, including live dealer games and sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's software or security systems.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive behavior that undermines the integrity of games or other players' experience.

Any violation of these fair-play standards will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, okpcso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, unauthorized account access due to your own negligence, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

okpcso does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. We perform scheduled maintenance and may experience unplanned downtime. In such cases, in-progress game rounds will be handled in accordance with our standard game-interruption policy.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 11. Termination & Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. okpcso reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• You are found to be ineligible (e.g., under 21 or on an exclusion list);
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory directive, or court order.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the account is cleared of wrongdoing, remaining eligible funds will be returned via the original payment method.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms
